2025 Holiday Magic in the Village Activity Partner Application

Experience the magic of the holidays in East Aurora on Saturday Dec. 20th, from 12-4pm before Carolcade at the Holiday Magic in Village Festival located at The Roycroft Campus, 31 South Grove Street, East Aurora. Enjoy family friendly activities, sweet treats from food trucks, touch a truck activities with the Village, live entertainment & holiday characters. 

The Chamber is looking for activity partners - businesses or organizations - that would like to participate in the festival by offering an activity for kids ages 13 and under. The 10X10 space is located inside the Print Shop and is free.  Ten spots are available. We would like to offer a combination of free or low cost activities for kids ages 13 and under. All activity partners must be offering an activity, please no retail. (Unless you provide make & take kits of your activity.) You must be able to provide your own supplies for your activity, table and chairs.  If you plan to charge for your activity, please call the Chamber at 716-652-8444. 

Activity Partners will be included in the "vendor spotlights" on our social media and be listed on The Chamber website.

Please note, your completion of this application is only to express interest & does not guarantee you a spot. The Chamber reserves the right to deny an application and will reach out to all applicants to confirm participation.  We look forward to hearing your creative ideas!
